| Programme description | The programme will educate professionals in various fields like human resource management, health promotion, international aid, education and research. The degree aims to encourage critical thinking, the ability to work as part of a team, presentation skills, and a pragmatic solution-oriented attitude. Students graduating from this programme will have gained an insight into human relations that can be applied to a variety of situations as managers or workers in an international environment. ; The programme will give the students the opportunity to specialise in a chosen area of psychology. In the second year of the programme the focus will be on the writing of the thesis and seminars in relation to the specialisation the student has chosen. Examples of specialisations are: - Cognition - Communication - Health - Multi-culture/minority - Organization & Management |

| Formal prerequisites | A three year Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Cand.mag.degree with "mellomfag" in Psychology or equivalent provides the basis for entrance. The minimum entry requirement is a grade point average (GPA) of 2.7 or C from the psychology courses.; Students from non-English speaking countries are required to have passed one of the following tests: TOEFL test with at least 550 points or IELTS test with at least band 6. |
