| Programme description | The MSc programme in Globalisation at the Faculty of Arts admits international students every year. The programme consists of courses comprising a total of 90 ECTS credits (including a work placement - see below) and a Master's thesis of 30 ECTS credits. The work load for one academic year is 60 credits. In Semesters 1 and 2, two core courses will be offered to students within both specialisations: Knowledge Management in a Global Economy and Contemporary International Economic History, in addition to a choice of modules from a more specialised selection of courses. In Semester 2, the student will also work on an interdisciplinary group project within the Experts in Teams scheme. During Semester 3, the student will take up a work placement in an international institution or company abroad, during which the student will complete a related project assignment and a distance learning module on Global Culture. The last semester is to be devoted to the writing of the Master´s thesis. |

| Formal prerequisites | Academic requirements: BSc degree in Technology or Engineering, BA in Humanities or Social Sciences, Technology Master's students who have completed the first three years. ; English requirements: International applicants should document either a TOEFL test with a mimum paper score of 550 (230 computer based test) or better, or an IELTS test score of minimum 6.0 or better.
