| Programme description | The aim of this masters programme is to increase students' knowledge of, and sensitize them, to the processes and dynamics of globalization; and to help them understand how corporations develop adaptive responses to those challenges. The programme covers various aspects of managing firms on an international scene; how they generate strategies and organize for international business; how they analyze and select appropriate markets and market entry modes; how they develop and market their products, manage international operations and leverage their financial and human resources. |
