| Programme description | This programme focuses on chemical interactions in nature, such as chemical defence in plants and animals, chemical communication and interactions across several trophic levels in different ecosystems: physiological mechanisms, evolution and ecological consequences. Laboratory work and exercises will give insight into how active compounds are isolated and identified and how their biological activity is verified. |
